𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Assistant Manager – Strategic Planning

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 CA Finalist / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or Equivalent.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant banking or consulting experience.
➡️ Excellent analytical, presentation and data interpretation skills.
➡️ Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and performance reporting tools.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Support formulation and periodic updates of the Bank’s Strategic Plan in alignment with business and regulatory developments.
➡️ Analyze macroeconomic, industry and financial indicators to support long-term planning and decision-making.
➡️ Develop and maintain KPI scorecards and integrate them with the budgeting and performance review process.
➡️ Prepare analytical reports and management presentations for the Board, senior management and committees.
➡️ Coordinate with departments and MIS/ITG for timely and accurate reporting of strategic initiatives and KPIs.
➡️ Assist in quarterly performance evaluations, highlighting key financial and operational trends.
➡️ Ensure alignment between strategic planning, budgeting and performance management frameworks to drive organizational excellence.
