Job Title: Management Trainee – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with performance and competency frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, organizational structure updates, and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Lead internal audits, manage documentation, and support certification processes.
Conduct HSE training, risk assessments, and emergency response drills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure legal & regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ISO & HSE compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences / Engineering / Occupational Health or relevant field.
Lead Auditor Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (mandatory).
7 years of hands-on experience in HSE and ISO systems (manufacturing experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HSE laws and best practices.
Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and safety precautions is necessary, particularly in fields like oil and gas.
