Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Education: BSc/MSc in Psychology or BBA/MBA in Human Resources from a reputable business school
Strong written and oral communication skills
Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to work within deadlines

Major Job Responsibilities:

To develop approach towards talent management and succession planning
Design and deliver relevant Personal Development Plans as per requirement
To develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans
Create training strategies, initiatives and conceptualize training materials based on data and research
To lead on the development of staff skills and knowledge database to maximize the diverse talents of the organization

Position: Quality Control Executive
Location: Karachi

Eligibility Criteria:

Major Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing complete analysis of finish products, semi finish products Et stability testing
Responsible for performing root cause analysis, laboratory investigations or full-scale investigation of any out of specifications results
Assist in stability studies record keeping and record on time results in stability report sheet and filing
Coordinate with quality assurance to raise deviation and change control if any procedure deviate from our approved written procedure
