Experience: 3+ Years of HR Operations experience

Job Responsibilities

Process and oversee the operations of Direct Sales Force
System addition of newly opened branches and tagging of branches.
Notice communication of opening/closure & change in premises of branches.
Ensure processing of promotions and issuance of notifications regarding the termination/release of the Direct Sales Force.
Ensuring updates in change of reporting process of Direct Sales force.
Assist Team Lead in Implementing varied decisions regarding the designations & Salaries of Direct Sales Force based on fulfilment of targets.
Preparation of reports pertaining to reporting hierarchy, monthly terminations, EOBI, agent salaries etc.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of HR Operations work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support with data entry and management of database.
Ensuring proper formatting, security, and accuracy of data, and maintaining data integrity and quality control.
Coordinating and following up with various external and internal stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support including email communication, scanning, printing, filing of documents etc.
Preparation of various reports.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
BBA / BS Graduates or Final Year Graduate Students.
