Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Finance Business Partnering for its Soda Ash Business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Commercial team to develop rolling forecasts and annual budgets, delivering insightful financial analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Proactively manage customer credit limits, product pricing, discounts, freight, and commission structures within SAP, ensuring strict adherence to RACM policies and internal controls.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance for both management and statutory reporting.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Apply strong commercial finance expertise to generate actionable insights, driving efficiency improvements and business performance.
- Deliver strategic commercial finance support to evaluate business opportunities and inform key strategic decisions.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Quick learner with a results-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Power BI experience is an added advantage)
