Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Finance Trainee Officer for our Corporate Finance team based in Karachi.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior finance professionals to conduct data analysis, prepare financial statements and facilitate with financial modeling, reports and budgets.
- Analyse financial trends, patterns, and identify areas of improvement to support decision-making.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Perform financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of audit files and liaise with auditors during the audit process.
- Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, sales, or operations, to gather financial information, support financial decision-making, and provide financial insights.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of IAS and IFRS.
- Knowledge of financial management and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking capabilities.
- Hands on experience of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP (will be an added advantage).

Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Factory Cost Control based in Karachi.
This role is responsible for managing the cost of producing goods and has to work with different plant-related departments to ensure that production is as cost-efficient as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all operational departments for areas related to product costing, covering both fixed and variable costs, and ensuring all costs are accurately tracked.
- Monitor and update cost estimates on SAP for production.
- Review and analyse expense reports.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, etc.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of productivity.
- Ensure accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and prevent discrepancies by ensuring relevant controls are in place to restrict unauthorised changes. Ensure that all batches are sequentially created and completed.
- Monitor budget to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels.
- Prepare expense/ cost reports for the management.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting process for the plant, consolidating and aligning cross-functional inputs from Production, Quality, and Supply Chain. Calculate the accurate standard cost to be locked for a year. Improve budget templates and conduct year on year analysis for business strategy stewardship.
- Ensure timely financial closing of the production plant in SAP, ensuring that all accruals/expenses have been posted, raw/ packing material has been issued against each process order and machine/ labor hours are posted against them.
- Prepare monthly variances report.
