Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Hattar Industrial Area, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure all operational parameters and controlled conditions are adhered to and implemented in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Lead the deviation management process, including initiating deviations, conducting investigations, performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Oversee the change control process, including evaluation, impact assessment, approval, and implementation of operational changes.
- Ensure that SAP configurations, workflows, and processes comply with quality management system requirements.
- Review batch manufacturing and packing records, reconcile batch histories, and verify that all quality, regulatory, and other requirements are met before releasing finished products for marketing, while maintaining records in a sequential order.
- Assist with regulatory, compliance, and internal quality audits in collaboration with the Manager.
- Prepare, check, and review documentation carried out in the plant.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the Quality Control, Production, and Material Control departments, as well as the Head of Plant Operations, ensuring proper record-keeping.
