Lucky Core Industries is hiring a Manager Distribution Sales for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Faisalabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to sustain business growth, expand the customer base, and support new product development initiatives.
- Design and deliver training and educational programs for the sales team and key accounts to enhance performance and product knowledge.
- Achieve assigned sales, prescription, and market share targets in line with company objectives.
- Monitor, document, and report competitor activities within the territory and recommend effective counterstrategies.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to all direct and indirect clients, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Ensure timely recoveries and maintain customer outstanding balances in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct product and market surveys to identify market gaps and formulate appropriate strategies to address them.
- Meet or exceed regional sales and profitability targets (in %).
- Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain optimal stock levels to meet market demand efficiently.
