Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a trainer, with experience in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and guide learners.
- Proficient in using office software and online training tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Program:
- Design and develop training courses and materials for staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and market trends.
- Conduct Training:
- Organize and deliver in-person and online training sessions, ensuring staff fully understand and apply the knowledge gained.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Collect feedback on training effectiveness, analyze results, and optimize and update training content as needed.
