Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Developer Track
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support ERP implementations, ensuring seamless integration and business process alignment
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Manage and support Oracle EBS modules, APIs, and interfaces
- Oversee custom application development using Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, and related tools
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for management insights
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and testing protocols
- Provide first and second-line ERP support and guide technical teams in solution delivery
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX, Forms & Reports, PL/SQL, and EBS R12 architecture
- Strong command over Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules
- Experience with OBIEE, Power BI, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflows
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Strong communication, teamwork, and process improvement mindset
