We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive “Lead Admin” to oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless work environment at our Head Office. If you excel in administrative management and thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage overall administrative operations to maintain efficiency and organization.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor relations, and facility services to ensure a well-maintained workspace.
- Oversee pool cars and company vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance, usage tracking, and compliance with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth workflows and operational support.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company meetings, events, and scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a minimum 3.0 CGPA.
Experience: Proven track record in administrative leadership, preferably in a corporate environment.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
