Please note that it is on-site full-time position based at our Area Office – Multan.
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in law and enrolled as an Advocate.
02 to 03 Years’ relevant experience.
Thorough knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Labor, Evidence and Banking Laws and Practices.
Knowledge of the Regulatory Environment.
Knowledge of Bank’s products, policies and processes.
Understanding of commercial lending practices is desirable.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Litigation Tasks
A) Monitoring of Cases/Complaints/Petitions/Appeals etc. filed by and against the Bank:
Study cases: keep abreast with the happening/outcome of dates of hearing and suggest further course of action/devise strategy.
B) Processing of Approvals & Maintaining of MIS:
Maintain MIS record of cases filed against the Bank/filed by the Bank with updated proceedings.
Ensure that high level secrecy and privacy for all legal data is maintained for the organization.
- Legal Tasks
Support & assist Line Manager in the assessment of legal documents of the Bank to ensure legal protection.
Study judgments/precedents and share synopsis with Line Manager.
