Who are we looking for?

Minimum Bachelors in business administration in Finance from HEC Recognized / Overseas University.
Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role with a financial Institution. Candidates skilled in MS excel for reporting & BI will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare CASA performance report against benchmarks for liability portfolio.
Prepare Branch & Area/region wise weekly, monthly variance analysis of CASA.
Assist HL & ADC/Management and frontline teams in generating various reports.
Update Dashboards of different CASA products.
Develop reports at regular intervals and share recommendations on portfolio performance trends for management consumption.
Assist in resolution of queries and issues raised by Branches in CASA related products.
Coordinate with other departments for development of new reports and u- update existing one
Develop comprehensive monitoring reports in Cognos.
Prepare monthly presentation for HL & ADC on Liability Business update for CBO & CEO review.
Ensure that all data is reflected accurately and comprehensively in final management reports.
Timely & Accurate Reporting
Consistently meet reporting deadlines while maintaining high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail.
Contribute to the streamlining of reporting processes to enhance overall efficiency and data accuracy.
Assist Head Liability & ADC Sales in Business Planning, monitoring and reporting related tasks
Any additional relevant tasks assigned by line manager/HL.

Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
Ability to statistically analyze data.
Strong report writing skills.
Excellent command of MS Excel, particularly in reporting, analysis & BI.

Willing to travel across KMBL network.
