Position: Afroz Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete merchandising cycle from sampling to final product.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in R&D activities, trend research, fabric selection, and design enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, production updates, and documentation.
- Ensure product development aligns with brand standards and market demand.
- Proficiency in Corel Draw for basic design and technical references.
- Good command of MS Office for reporting and coordination.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum BBA/MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Experience: More than 2 years’ experience required (retail, fashion background is a plus).
