Who are we looking for?
- Preferably Master’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Accounting, finance or part qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA.
- Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk or Audit in financial institute/banking with good knowledge of prevailing banking laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of CRM Guidelines:
- To prepare reports in a manner and formats that allow the CCM and Board to clearly understand the regulatory compliance risks to which the KMBL is exposed and the adequacy of key controls to manage those risks.
- Compliance Risk Management Training:
- To ensure that need based training programs are designed to help spread the message of importance and significance of compliance risk management.
- To enhance the awareness of compliance risk, will arrange in-house/outsourced training for employees at different hierarchal levels.
- Internal Control:
- Assisting in developing and implementing of internal Control Framework.
- To pro-actively identify and assess internal control deficiencies and make recommendations to senior management as to the appropriate classification of severity of and appropriate actions to re-mediate any deficiencies.
- Managing follow-up on internal control issues raised by SBP/External and Internal Auditor during audits.
- Additional Tasks
Assisting in coordination during SBP Inspections and any other relevant tasks/assignment as and when entrusted by Management.
