Hiring Professionals for the Following Positions:

HEAD OF RESEARCH

No. of Posts: 1
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 450,000-650,000
Minimum Qualification: PhD in Economics from a reputable university with research in macroeconomics, international trade, finance, or industrial economics
Experience/Skills: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in macroeconomic frameworks, trade, or industry within academia, government, or private sector. Proven leadership in research with 5 publications in HEC-recognized journals. Proficiency in R, Python, STATA, EViews, or similar statistical software preferred.

SENIOR ECONOMIST

No. of Posts: 2
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 250,000-375,000
Minimum Qualification: PhD in Economics from a reputable university with specialization in related fields.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 7 years of experience in economic research and policy analysis. A strong publication record with at least 3 publications in HEC-recognized journals. Proficiency in R, STATA, EViews or similar software preferred.

SENIOR RESEARCHER/ECONOMIST

No. of Posts: 3
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 200,000-350,000
Minimum Qualification: PhD/MPhil/Master’s in Economics from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 5 years of research experience in trade and tariffs/taxation/agriculture or related fields within government/private sector/think tanks/academia. Knowledge of R, STATA and related statistical software will be highly preferred. Experience in Business & Industry Surveys coupled with expertise in utilizing databases.

SENIOR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

No. of Posts: 4
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 175,000-250,000
Minimum Qualification: Master’s in Economics from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in research or policy analysis, with a proven ability to manage research projects independently. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in R, STATA, or similar statistical software is preferred.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

No. of Posts: 4
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 100,000-175,000
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 1-3 years of research experience with strong research and analytical skills. Proficiency in data analysis software such as Stata or R is essential. Experience in Business & Industry Surveys is an added advantage.

RESEARCH ANALYST

No. of Posts: 4
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 75,000-125,000
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in statistical software such as Excel, Stata, and SPSS. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis is critical. Experience in Business & Industry Surveys would be advantageous.

COMMUNICATION LEAD

No. of Posts: 1
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 150,000-300,000
Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a research or policy environment. Excellent writing, editing, and public speaking skills with strong media relations experience. Experience in managing digital communication platforms is preferred.

CREATIVE LEAD

No. of Posts: 1
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 150,000-250,000
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a creative role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Expertise in ideation, concept development and leading creative teams. Proficiency in relevant creative tools and software is required.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

No. of Posts: 1
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 100,000-175,000
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography and color theory. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

ADMIN/HR/ACCOUNTS MANAGER

No. of Posts: 1
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 75,000-120,000
Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience/Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing administration, HR and accounts functions, preferably in a similar industry or sector. Proficiency in accounting software, HR management systems, and MS Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Knowledge of PPRA rules, tax regulations and compliance requirements.

OFFICE BOY

No. of Posts: 1
Expected Salary Range (Rs.): 37,000-60,000
Minimum Qualification: Matriculation (or equivalent).
Experience/Skills: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to perform routine office tasks such as serving tea/coffee, cleaning and maintaining office premises. Good interpersonal skills, punctuality and a positive attitude.
