We are Hiring! Position: Deputy Manager Digitalization
Job Purpose: The Deputy Manager will lead digital transformation initiatives across Key Accounts at KE. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth implementation of digitization projects and achieve operational excellence.
Education & Relevant Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration 3+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge:
Proven experience in managing digitization or digital transformation projects, preferably within the energy or utility sector. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in business process re-engineering, system integration, and change management. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in collaborating on design projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies are a plus.
