Position: DGM Business Planning

This role’s prime responsibility is the implementation of strategic plans, regulations and evaluation for Distribution Business impact on Business that add value & improve business efficiency.
This position is responsible for the working of Multi Year Tariff and its relevant assignments from the distribution business. This role ensures that the strategies are embedded within the business operational plans and performance management plans.
These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to ensure process efficiency and business objectives are met WITHIN the limits of the departmental SOPs, organization’s policies, values and business code of conduct, and guidelines/directions from Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

ACA / ACCA / MBA (prefer Finance(
7 years overall experience in business finance or similar role with focus on out of box thinking

Position: Manager Research & Innovation

Responsible to constantly engage in power market, monitoring trends, following technological innovations, establishing global contacts & consistently analyzing existing data to find hidden patterns for more informed decision making by senior management. Breeding in new and innovative ideas that would aid in improving consumer convenience and business solutions.
Should be able to identify consumer insights and mapping customer journeys around interactions. Researching solutions and plans to improve commercial performances of the company/going thru feasibility studies including complete project management from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control and governance. Working on multiple research streams and innovation topics w.r.t Energy and Consumer behavior while studying the energy consumption, and already available frameworks
