Title : Client Service Officer
Job Type : Full-time – Permanent (Field Job)
Department : Corporate Business Operations
Location: Karachi / Lahore / Sheikhupura / Abbotabad / Bahawalpur
Education: Preferably Nursing Graduate with good medical knowledge / Min. Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in established Hospital setup
Requirements:
- Understanding of medical terminology and abbreviation is a must.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on with expertise on application on TAB and Cell-phone.
- Personal Motorcycle is a must requirement.
Job Duties:
- Assist Jubilee Health clients and meet patient / attendant at the time of hospital visit.
- Complete / update Patient Progress Reports (PPR) as and when appears on task.
- Patient monitoring and scrutiny of medical records for case management.
- Assist Case Managers and keep update about the progress of patient on daily basis.
- Coordination with Approval Centre staff for approvals and enhancement.
- Coordinate with Hospital Management dissemination of discharge patients bills.
- Coordination with Hospital Management and assist them on panel hospitals issues.
- Claims Investigations / Verifications for reimbursement the cases.
- Coordinate with Corporate Office of Hospitals for Smooth Admission and Discharge Process.
- Handle Client Queries as Per Defined Terms and Conditions of the Policy.
- Provide protocol at the time of hospital visit to MDs, DMDs, Directors etc. of Jubilee Clients.

Location: Karachi
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Cyber Security & SIEM Solution
Certification : Any of the mentioned certification will be an added advantage, Comptia Security+ / ECH / Comptia CYSA+ / IBM Qradar
Job Duties:
- Monitoring & Identification of Security incidents & subsequent analysis
- Investigation to determine their severity and the response required.
- Identifying & reporting real time attacks & vulnerabilities.
- Correlation of Security Devices Reports
- Review the security devices alerts.
- Ensure that incidents are correctly reported and documented in accordance with SOC procedures.
- To provide technical escalation point during security incidents, establishing the extent of an attack, and advising on how best to contain the incident along with advice on systems hardening and mitigation measures to prevent a reoccurrence.
