𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Head – Central to lead our business development and client engagement efforts across the Punjab region. This is a senior leadership position responsible for accelerating Net Assets Under Management (AUM), driving revenue, developing a high-performing sales force, and deepening client relationships.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic vision with on-ground execution capabilities, helping position JS Investments as the preferred choice for mutual funds, investment advisory, and wealth management solutions across institutional, corporate, and HNW segments.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔️ Client Acquisition & AUM Growth: Drive the expansion of Net Assets Under Management (AUM) by acquiring new clients, growing wallet share, and delivering consistent revenue performance in line with assigned targets
✔️ Business Development & Market Penetration: Identify and convert new business opportunities by actively marketing JS Investments’ mutual funds and investment solutions to institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients across Punjab
✔️ Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships through regular engagement, performance reporting, and after-sales service.
✔️ Investment Advisory & Portfolio Strategy: Provide high-quality advisory services across asset classes—equity, fixed income, and alternate investments. Recommend portfolio allocations in line with JSIL’s investment philosophy and client risk profiles
✔️ Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate client documentation as per regulatory standards and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
✔️ Market Intelligence & Risk Awareness: Stay updated on evolving market conditions, regulatory changes, and product innovations. Use insights to inform client conversations and internal strategy

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
✔️ 8–10 years of progressive experience in business development, institutional or corporate sales preferably within Asset Management or banking Industry.
✔️ Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
