Strategic Leadership: Supervise and inspire the South Region team to consistently exceed assigned business and financial targets.
Operational Excellence: Maintain and elevate a robust control environment in strict alignment with bank policies.
Audit & Compliance: Support the Head of Transaction Banking during critical internal/external audits and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) inspections.
Performance Culture: Drive a collaborative, result-oriented, and innovative work environment through regular performance coaching.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 10–15 years in banking (with a dedicated 6–8 years in Transaction Banking).
Education: Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration from a reputable institution.
Product Expertise: Deep, specialized knowledge of Employee Banking, Cash Management products, and commercial banking solutions.
Market & Cross-Sell Acumen: A sharp eye for industry trends, regulatory shifts, and matching client needs with our product suites to unlock cross-selling value.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills fit for high-level stakeholder management and executive reporting.
