Qualification: Minimum Bachelors with majors in Marketing & Advertising. Experience : 6 months to 1 year relevant experience.
Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms
Job Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the online store, ensuring the website is kept up to date with seasonally relevant products under the supervision of
- Ecommerce Manager.
- Look after ecommerce operations for smooth deliveries of customer’s online orders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for online orders, answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Look after social media platforms, answer customer queries on company’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Handle actively live chat on company’s website with customers to answer efficiently on their queries.
