Job Summary:

PR & Content Strategy Manager will own the holistic strategy for itel Pakistan’s brand image, reputation, and overall communication. This role demands the development and execution of a compelling PR campaigns and a strategic content strategy that translates product knowledge into consumer value. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong relationship-building with media and influencers, and hands-on content and campaign execution to drive positive brand perception and enhance market visibility within Pakistan.

Core Responsibilities:

Brand & Communications: Develop and execute PR strategies to ensure a consistent, positive brand image and narrative across all media assets.
Strategy & Content: Lead the content ideation and strategy for well-rounded social media and PR campaigns, and take charge of content creation.
Media & Agency Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publications and media outlets, and effectively manage external PR agencies.
Influencer Engagement: Create and execute strategies to collaborate with the right influencers, KOLs, and media community to generate positive buzz and coverage.
Reputation & CSR: Proactively manage the brand’s image health (including crisis management) and collaborate on CSR projects to showcase community commitment.
Reporting: Track and analyze PR campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Media.
3-5 years of proven experience in PR and communication, preferably within the mobile, telecom, or a fast-paced consumer electronics industry in Pakistan.
Strong strategic planning, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu
Proficiency in managing PR agencies and external vendors.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
