𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Strictly abide by the company’s rules and regulations and set an example everywhere.
- Formulate channel models, sales plans and sales policies.
- Present new and current products to existing and new accounts.
- Achieve monthly targets regional targets.
- Identifies new business opportunities
- Recruitment, selection, training, deployment and KPI assessment of sales teams.
- Timely summary and reporting of sales situation and reasonable suggestions.
- Sales channel and customer management.
- Works to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant role.
- Strong market analysis, marketing and promotion capabilities, rich marketing network and sales cost control experience;
- Good interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Rigorous work, honesty and integrity, strong work planning and strategic forward-looking thinking.
- Strong leadership skills.
