We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Exports to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients
- Identify potential markets and generate sales leads
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Handle export documentation and liaise with freight forwarders
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to promote the company’s products
- Collaborate with other departments such as production and logistics to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Familiar with export regulations and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Product: The Assistant Manager – Exports will be responsible for selling CPP Films, BOPP Films, and PET Films.
