Ismail Industries Limited is looking for a passionate and analytical professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner / SC Analyst at our Karachi Head Office.

This role serves as a bridge between our Finance and Supply Chain teams — driving financial planning, cost analysis, and process improvements across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the finance business partner for Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain costs (procurement, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis within SAP.
• Implement and enhance SAP-based financial controls and reporting tools for better visibility of supply chain performance.
• Provide financial guidance on sourcing decisions, vendor negotiations, inventory optimization, and capital investment projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, process improvements, and working capital efficiency.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate financial policies.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the supply chain finance function.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
• Strong expertise in SAP (FI/CO essential; MM/PP/SD preferred) and financial reporting tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industry will be an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and cost structures.
• Advanced SAP skills: costing, material ledger, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making and drive process improvements.
