We are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Compliance to lead and oversee the company’s compliance with legal regulations, ethical standards, and corporate governance requirements. The successful candidate will monitor operational processes using a compliance management platform, manage corporate communication at the group level, and ensure adherence to regulations set by PSX, SECP, SBP, and other relevant bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
· Manage all Corporate Communication at the group level and ensure all corporate compliance of PSX regulator, SECP, SBP, etc.
· Coordinate with share registrar and other stakeholders for timely provision of requisite information.
· Manage information flow by researching, recording, and analyzing data and information. With a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessments, ensure that the business runs smoothly.
· Train and educate staff so they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
· Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
