We are seeking a skilled and experienced Export Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing sales operations and customer relationships in international markets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer management, and market analysis, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather market intel from customer/vendor coordination and compile it into actionable intel for the management.
Coordinate with the Head of Export for execution of all foreign payments’ commissions, payments, etc.
Follow up and coordinate with the Export Manager and GM for exhibition-related planning, documentation, and issues; such as Pack Expo USA.
Coordination with the Accounts, Audit, and other departments for internal matters and escalation of issues
Monitor and provide continuous feedback on sales and collection targets (Aging) to the Head of Export.
Run effective competitor analyses
Ability to handle any assigned subset region/ customers should the need arise.
Take the initiative to explore possible avenues to expand the business and report findings and suggestions to the Head of Export to devise an action plan.
Explore and develop new customers and new markets
Responsible to prepare or maintain & update regular export reports
Export order planning and execution
Complaint management: Liaison with Export Operations Executive, Planning and Customers
Timely and efficient execution of internal and external communication
Collaborate with regional sales agents to execute Marketing and Sales strategy, identify opportunities and risks, and optimize the export process
Build and maintain strong relationships with export customers through regular communication and coordination.
