We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager – Quality and Sales with a background in plastic manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes and drive sales activities. This role requires a solid technical foundation in engineering, a thorough understanding of plastic manufacturing, and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections within the plastic manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute quality improvement plans and initiatives specific to plastic products.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Utilize technical expertise in plastic manufacturing to support the sales team.
- Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored plastic product solutions.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations for plastic products.
- Supervise and mentor a team of quality and sales professionals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the plastics industry.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in plastic products.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality and sales metrics to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of quality audits, inspections, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in plastic manufacturing.
