JOB GRADE TITLE: Senior Associate
REPORTING TO: Senior Manager, Strategy and Planning
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Contractual (Close-ended)
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan

JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent will be responsible to assist Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning in overall program development and implementation, carrying out research by collecting data through qualitative and quantitative techniques as well as analysis and presentation of the data and responsible for content development of the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on program development and implementation
Work with team on development and implementation of research tools and analysis of data
Data collection through qualitative and quantitative techniques
Coordinate and supervise activities related to the program
Coordination of tasks pertaining to data management and analysis including but not limited to
Maintaining MS Excel and OpenMRS databases
Assigning and designing monitoring tasks to ensure good data collection
Analyzing data using statistical packages (SPSS, STATA, etc)
Work with team to establish and maintain relationships with clients and organizations
Conduct literature reviews and provide support in writing reports, proposals, pitches to the concerned manager
Responsible for petty cash for the project
Filling payment requisitions of the project
Assist in training of facilitators and others work on the project
Develop, generate and verify activity reports
Present weekly and monthly progress reports

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree(s) in a relevant field including Psychology, public health, social science, international relations (A background in Psychology is Preferred).
Required Experience : 0 – 1 year of experience
