Inverex Solar Energy is looking for an Inventory Specialist for its head Office Karachi.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient operation of our shop. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
· Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records
· Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies or issues
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
· Assist in the implementation of inventory management procedures and best practices
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCOM) or a relevant field
· 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role
· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
