IPAK is looking for a Corporate Governance & Compliance Executive for its Karachi Office.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
. Ensuring corporate compliance under Companies Act, 2017, Securities Act, 2015, Code of Corporate Governance Regulations, 2019 and related laws.
. Drafting agenda of the Board and General meetings.
. Drafting compliance review reports.
. Liaison with legal advisor and lawyers.
. Correspondence with regulators i.e. SECP, PSX and CDC etc.
. Managing Investors’ (shareholders’) Relations.

From foreign/HEC recognized university, in business administration/commerce/accounting/ finance/Agriculture or economics.
. Minimum 2 years’ experience as RM asset/liability or OM; minimum 5 years of total experience with a financial institution.
