PROJECT BASED JOB POSITIONS: Centre for Public Policy Research at the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar, requires services of individuals for the following project-based positions in the donor funded project titled “Strengthening Public Policy and Social Protection Reforms Unit (PP-SPRU), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”, purely on contract basis.

1. Admin Associate (1)

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent degree in first division, attained after 16 years of education from HEC recognized University in Business Administration with at least 01-year experience of dealing with administrative affairs in donor funded projects.
- Preference will be given to those who have previously worked with CPPR at IMSciences.

2. IT-Experts (2)

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in first division, attained after 16 years of education in Computer Sciences/IT/Software Engineering from HEC recognized University.
- Must be well versed in software development, front end, back end, preferably Full stack.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience of working with CPPR at IMSciences.

3. Office Assistant (1)

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent degree in second division, attained after 16 years of education in Management Sciences/Social Sciences/Computer Sciences from HEC recognized University with experience of official work in a donor funded project/government or private sector.
- Should possess good communication and writing skills.
- Preference will be given to those individuals who have previous experience of working with CPPR at IMSciences.

4. Research Associates- Legal (1), Research Associates- IT (1), Research Associates- M&E (1)

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:
- MS/MPhil or equivalent degree in Management Sciences/Social Sciences from HEC recognized University with relevant experience in a similar position preferably in a donor funded project, government/private sector organization.
- Preference will be given to those individuals who have previous experience of working with CPPR at IMSciences.

5. M&E Expert (1)

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:
- MS/MPhil or equivalent degree in Management Sciences/Social Sciences from a HEC recognized University with 05 years of experience in M&E, framework development, modules, pilot testing in government/public sector organization or donor funded projects.
- Preference will be given to those individuals who have a previous experience of working with CPPR at IMSciences.

6. Translator Local Language (1)

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:
- A minimum bachelor’s degree and advantage would be given to master’s degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years’ proven work experience as a translator in languages, e.g., English to Urdu/Urdu to English/Pashto to Urdu/Urdu to Pashto) or another etc.
- The candidate will be given preference as per following:
  - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa local.
  - Schooling in regional language (Pashto).
  - Have good skills in virtual/online assignments.
  - Familiarity with computers and relevant software.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. Incomplete application and/or received after due date will not be considered.
The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease/withdraw or not to fill any advertised post or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be admissible.
