Position: Senior Officer – Learning & OD
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development.
- Assisting in managing programs and the implementation of an annual corporate training plan
- Develop and facilitate relevant “in-house” training sessions / programs.
- Prepare reports and managing all training related documents.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement in OD activities, services and policies.
- Planning, directing and delivering training and development program.
- Managing staff inductions and orienting new hires to their function
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Phycology, HR.
- Preferably Masters in Organizational Psychology, HR.
- Having 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Energetic and determined.
