Position: SNR. HR EXECUTIVE (RECRUITMENT)
Requirements:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a resume database position-wise for potential candidates for future job openings.
- Preparation, updating, and modification of Job Description of Staff as per staff budget by assisting the AM-HR and Concerned HOD(s).
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA / MPA / MBA in Human Resources.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
- Must be great at multitasking, prioritizing, managing time and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to meet deadlines.
Location: Nazimabad Five Star roundabout, Karachi.
