Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Transaction Processing: Handle daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while maintaining meticulous records.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing account-related information.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and analyses to support management decision-making.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, identifying any discrepancies or risks.
- System Updates: Maintain and update financial software and systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to facilitate smooth account operations.
