We are hiring Deputy Manager Claims
Key Accountabilities
- Evaluateย Group claims, Medical Reimbursement, out-patient claims and In-Hospitalization Claimsย under the policy terms and conditions and recommend claims for approval
- Handle claims from receipt of notification to settlement and take into consideration opinions of the outsideย Doctorsย regarding the claims
- Coordinate withย Accounts Departmentย regarding claims payments
- Telephonic/Outdoor investigationย of facts involved in claims.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’sย withย 4-5 yearsย of relevantย sales experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Teamwork
- Goodย Presentation & Communications Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
