Position Title: Senior Officer – Manager, Finance & Accounting – Karachi/Islamabad

Position Overview:

The prime purpose of this role is to assist in preparation of financial statements, assist in coordination with external, internal and SBP Auditors etc.

Key Responsibilities: Incumbent will be responsible for:

• Preparation and timely submission of State Bank Reports – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Half-Yearly
• Prepare the Internal Reports required by Head Office
• Process the expense applications submitted by other departments
• Manage Accounts Payable
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
• Revaluation of derivatives.

Qualification and Skills Required: Incumbent should have:

• MBA/BBA with majors in Banking/Finance/Economics or related field
• Fresh to two years of experience preferably in Banking Industry or Accounting Firms with Banking Service Experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Able to report and present complex financial information.

Position Title: Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Department – Islamabad

Position Overview:

Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying business opportunities to expand the bank’s client base. The role involves providing tailored banking solutions, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients’ financial needs. Additionally, the role emphasizes maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients while achieving sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities: Incumbent will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients
• Actively seeking and acquiring new clients within the assigned market segment
• Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to expand the client base
• Conducting market research and identify potential client opportunities
• Cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services to corporate clients
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments on all clients’ relationships
• Preparing reports and presentations as required.

Qualification and Skills Required: Incumbent should have:

• MBA/BBA with majors in Banking/Finance/Economics or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements, especially familiar with the financial system and financial products of Islamic banks
• Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to build rapport with Chinese clients
• Applicants who can communicate fluently in Chinese will be given priority.
