Assistant Manager – Spare Parts Warehouse

Join our team.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spare Parts professional to join our dynamic After-Sales Team as Assistant Manager – Spare Parts Warehouse. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on approach to manage warehouse operations and coordinate activities like receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatch of spare parts. In addition, be responsible to monitor warehouse KPIs, conduct regular stock audits, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safety protocols. He should have the ability to lead, train and motivate the warehouse team to ensure high performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

• DAE / BBA / MBA.

Requirements:

• At least 5–6 years of experience in the automotive spare parts domain preferably at spare parts warehouse.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.

Seeking for a potential candidate who shall be responsible to assist in the Administrative office functions that include coordination with visitors/clients, administrative arrangements, assets requirements and maintaining record to ensure the office upkeep. The applicant should also have exposure in dealing with the government related entities that includes, liaison with the official for foreigners travel, visa processing, ticketing, travel, lodging etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Requirements:

• 03 to 04 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Good communication skills & proficiency in MS Office.
