Looking for a candidate responsible for developing and expanding the dealer network based on market potential, competitor presence, and company policies, while fully supporting expansion activities through comprehensive market analysis, planning, and execution. Oversight involves monitoring the progress of under-construction dealerships and providing regular reports, alongside managing nationwide dealer signage via effective vendor coordination to uphold Hyundai’s premium brand image. Additionally, conduct periodic dealership stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company guidelines, supported by cross-functional coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance overall dealer performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in dealer development of the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and travel nationwide when required.
