Position Title: Manager – Group Internal Audit
Qualification – Accepted / Preferred: CA / ACCA / CMA/ CIA/ ACMA
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Minimum 6 Years (Preferably with articleship completed from a reputable audit firm)
Reporting To: Head of Group Internal Audit
Remuneration: Open – Depending upon qualification and experience. As per market based remuneration.
Work Location – City: Karachi

Job Description

To draft the Internal Audit Plan in consultation with HoD.
Effectively monitor and implement the audit methodologies during audits as per defined audit plan by way of an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of controls, policies, procedures and standards by which the Company’s financial, operational, physical and information resources are managed.
Add value by acting as a facilitator in business risk management and carrying out value for money reviews, thereby assisting the management and the Audit Committee to effectively manage the Company.
To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management’s response and implementation.
To conduct any reviews or tasks requested by the Board, CEO or Management, in consultation with the HoD, provided such reviews and tasks do not compromise the independence or objectivity of the internal audit function.
To follow-up on audit findings and prepare reports in consultation with the HoD for onward presentation to the Audit Committee

Soft Skill Attributes
Very good MS Office skills, Knowledge of SAP, good leadership qualities, able to work as a team member, very good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills and out of box thinker.
