Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Lahore
HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “HR Generalist” to join the head office team.
Recruitment activities, including job development and postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Issue HR letters and reports as required.
Maintain all staff personnel files and HR records according to organizational policies.
Handle employee group health and life insurance matters, including additions, deletions, and claim processing.
Prepare and update monthly attendance reports to ensure accurate attendance compliance.
Develop and revise staff job descriptions as necessary.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions regarding policies and procedures, and assisting in resolving personnel-related issues.
Update and maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Assist in HR projects and initiatives.
Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Retail HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
