Strategic Business Associate – Diabetes
Key Accountabilities:
- Effective Product detailing following the Sales Certification Model to engage the doctors.
- Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within the time frame.
- Implementation of Marketing Strategies resulting in Return on Investment (ROI).
- Good rapport with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Regular updating of product/disease knowledge, selling skills, and achievement of satisfactory quiz marks.
- New Customer identification and development.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Graduate – Preferably Science Graduates [B.Sc (Pre-Medical) or Pharm D].
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in diabetes portfolio preferably in insulin team.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).
- Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
- Ability to develop Opinion leaders as Advocate/Speaker for the Company.
- Planning and Organizing events such as Seminars, Symposia, Round table meetings etc.
- Willing to travel extensively.
