Strategic Business Associate – Diabetes

Key Accountabilities:

• Effective Product detailing following the Sales Certification Model to engage the doctors.
• Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within the time frame.
• Implementation of Marketing Strategies resulting in Return on Investment (ROI).
• Good rapport with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Regular updating of product/disease knowledge, selling skills, and achievement of satisfactory quiz marks.
• New Customer identification and development.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

• Graduate – Preferably Science Graduates [B.Sc (Pre-Medical) or Pharm D].
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in diabetes portfolio preferably in insulin team.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).
• Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
• Ability to develop Opinion leaders as Advocate/Speaker for the Company.
• Planning and Organizing events such as Seminars, Symposia, Round table meetings etc.
• Willing to travel extensively.
