Executive Secretary To COO
Key responsibilities:
- The incumbent will report to COO and will provide expert level administrative support and project management skills to senior leadership.
- The incumbent will provide day to day scheduling, meeting, coordination, project implementation and internal communication.
- The incumbent will also be responsible to make presentation for top management on Microsoft Power Point.
- The responsibilities will also be travelling scheduling maintaining calendar and timely updating on minutes of meeting.
- Ability to prepare accurate properly formatted documents, and reports frequently under tight time constraints.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: BBA / MBA preferred
- Experience: 3-4 years in the same role.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
