Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and maintain the list of chain pharmacies
- Share monthly promotions, deals and bonus policies with external stakeholders
- Develop strong liaison with top professors of hospitals
- Plan and execute chain pharmacy meetings at national level
- Maintain data pertaining to Round Table Meetings (RTMs)s and doctor’s list in each territory
- Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media
- Analyzing competitors and updating strategies when required
- Identifying potential new customers and target markets
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA
- At least 8-10 years relevant work experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
