We are actively seeking dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager – Distribution & Capability in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to join our team. Incumbent will be responsible for enhancing our Route to Market (RTM) strategies and strengthening people & system capabilities across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective RTM strategies to ensure optimal product distribution.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for improving market reach and penetration.
- Lead all initiatives to enhance Salesforce Effectiveness within the cluster.
- Conduct regular distribution audits to ensure efficient and effective distribution operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels, making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Ensure the effective utilization of technology and tools to streamline distribution operations.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance, capability development, and other key metrics.
