WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE HEAD OFFICE KARACHI
Profile Position: The position will be responsible in payment processing and financial reporting. Applicant must be proficient in handling financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting senior management with financial analysis and reporting tasks. Adept at leveraging financial software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payment processing functions, including verification, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support budget preparation and forecasting.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the management of taxation matters, including filing and compliance.
Required Competencies to successfully perform:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education & Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum Bachelors in Accounting and Finance from an HEC recognized university.
- MBA in Finance/ACCA/CMA will be preferred.
