Assistant Manager Operations
Job Responsibility:
• Assist in the processing of transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
• Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
• Assist in reconciling balances with custodians and other relevant parties.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and inquiries related to mutual fund operations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related.
• Support projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Required Competencies:
• Knowledge of Fund Management System of CDC for uploading various transactions.
• Having good command of MS Excel for data presentation
• Knowledge of WHT/CGT calculations.
• Knowledge of Taxation and Knowledge of Monthly Income Plans and different operations transactions.
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s from HEC recognized university
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Position Profile:
The position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company’s research efforts, including planning and executing projects, managing staff, reporting findings to the senior management and actively contributing to the investment committee besides ensuring that all publications meet quality standards and timelines.
Required Competencies to successfully perform:
- In depth knowledge of investing in Capital Markets and dynamics of different sectors
- Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity of the data
- Ability to analyze extensive data and collate information
- Strong technical knowledge of fundamental & quantitative analysis and grasp over portfolio theory concepts
- Excellent report writing, and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in data analytical tools / techniques
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong team player with outstanding work ethics
Required Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree from a recognized institution
- CFA qualified will be preferred
- Minimum six years of relevant experience, preferably on buy or sell side
