Position: AREA SALES MANAGER (Faisalabad)
Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Responsible to deliver sales, distribution and display targets.
• Negotiate and implement annual agreement covering discount, display, promotions and annual sales targets
• Effective management of the territory and distributors network ensuring targeted return on investment
• Execute channel strategy, winning POB plans
• Manage, train and develop sales team including distributors’ and company’s sales force
• Timely recovery of the receivables from the distributors as per the agreed norms

Key Requirements:
• Proven working experience of minimum 4-5years (2 years as ASM) in FMCG preferably in Faisalabad/ Hygiene or Homecare Industry.

Hayat Kimya Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., a Turkish leading multinational FMCG, currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Tax Executive in Finance Department.

Position: TAX EXECUTIVE
Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Must have strong grip on income tax ordinance 2001, Sales tax Act 1990, Customs Act 1969, and its Fifth schedule among others.
• Hands on experience of custom duty reduction quota for raw material through IOCO under Fifth schedule of Customs Act.
• Support in Internal & External Audit.
• Must have good knowledge of Special Economic Zone Act, 2012 and their related exemption certificates u/s 153/159 and 148/159 of income tax ordinance.
• Hands on experience in filling of Federal/provincial sales tax returns and withholding statements u/s 165 of income tax ordinance and withholding tax rules of provincial tax authorities.
• Hands on experience in preparation of E-Payments for both federal and provincial tax authorities.
• Strong grip on withholding tax laws as per section 152, 153, 154, 155, 149 and parties exempt from withholding tax as per second schedule of ITO and SROs.
• Computation of deferred tax as per IAS 12.
• Hands on experience regarding withholding tax reconciliation with audited financial statements as per rule 44 (4) and notices received u/s 161 of income tax ordinance.
• Hands on experience in preparation of sales tax output and sale tax recoverable reconciliations with sales tax returns.
• Experience related to taxation of MNCs and double taxation treaties related to interest, royalties and technical fee services is desirable.
• Hands on experience related to preparation of income tax return computation is desirable.
• Knowledge related to foreign exchange manual of SBP is desirable.

Key Requirements:
• Must have manufacturing industry experience. FMCG Industry experience is desirable.
• Must of good knowledge of SAP Fl Module.
• Must be able to understand trial balance and prepare financial statements as per international financial reporting standards.
• Excellent English writing & speaking skills.
• High attention to detail & accuracy.
• Qualification CA (Finalist) ACCA
