Director Finance Reporting
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize company’s annual, quarterly, and half-yearly financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and half-yearly reviews. Collaborate with internal auditors, property management, and valuers for audits and valuations.
- Oversee timely and accurate closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Review trial balances & financial reports for accuracy.
- Manage publication of quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in preparing responses to auditor queries and support board meetings with financial data.
- Supervise junior staff & ensure quality control of financial records.
Qualification ICMA/ACCA Qualified
Experience 5+ years of post qualification experience at senior level. Knowledge and experience of hospitality industry is preferred.
